Using This U.S. Store

These Terms govern use of the Bentgo website and purchases offered to customers in the United States. By placing an order, you confirm that the information supplied at checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Products, Orders, and Payment

We work to present accurate descriptions, images, options, availability, and prices for lunch boxes, meal-prep and food-storage containers, insulated bags and backpacks, reusable ice packs, and related accessories. We may correct an obvious error or decline an order that cannot be authorized, fulfilled, or safely processed.

Shipping, Cancellation, and Returns

Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order and delivery is limited to the United States. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit, with tracking provided. Cancellation may be requested before shipment. Shipped orders, 30-day no-reason returns, exchanges, merchant-paid return shipping, and quality remedies are governed by the Shipping and Refund Policies.

Taxes and Checkout

Transactions are charged in USD. Taxes are collected as required by applicable law; this store does not promise blanket tax-free treatment. The payment methods shown at checkout control availability for a particular order.

Acceptable Use and Consumer Rights

Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, upload malicious code, infringe intellectual property, or use the service unlawfully. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that applicable consumer law makes non-waivable.
