United States Delivery Only

Bentgo ships only to valid addresses within the United States. Every U.S. order receives free standard shipping; there is no minimum purchase requirement for that standard service.

Processing and Transit

Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Once the carrier accepts the parcel, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. These are good-faith estimates rather than guarantees when weather, carrier disruption, peak demand, or address problems intervene.

Tracking and Address Accuracy

Tracking information is provided after shipment using the contact details entered at checkout. Customers should submit a complete U.S. delivery address and contact Support@bentgu.shop promptly about a correction; a change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment starts.

Problems and Cancellation

You may ask to cancel before the order ships. Once it has shipped, the Refund Policy applies. For a delayed, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete delivery, contact Support@bentgu.shop or 7346493142 so we can investigate and provide the appropriate merchant-paid resolution.
