Refund Policy

Thirty-Day Returns and Exchanges

You may request a no-reason return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Contact Support@bentgu.shop before sending anything back so Bentgo can authorize the request and provide return instructions. An order may be cancelled before it ships; after dispatch, it is handled under this Refund Policy.

Return Shipping Is Paid by Us

For an approved no-reason return or exchange, the merchant pays the return shipping cost and supplies a prepaid label or an equivalent no-cost return method. The merchant also pays return shipping when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing from the shipment.

Condition and Limited Exclusions

Return items with their components and, when reasonably possible, their original packaging. Customized products, clearance or Final Sale goods, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for a no-reason return. Those exclusions never restrict your remedies for goods that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, and they do not reduce any non-waivable consumer right.

Refund Timing

After the return is received and approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. A bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Exchanges are arranged after eligibility is confirmed.
